hi pals... at last i can take a rest from all the mocks le but there is still one bio mock when school reopens and lots of homework to be completed... sad right???haha finally the chem and physics mock are over no need to si bei shu for the time being le.. well i got to prepare for my nationals competition now le... in 2 weeks i going to have my race and its my last race..probably not going to run liao after this year... going to retire from running.. hahaha but however i may want to join the swift with spencer and continue running but it will be all after the 'o' level...well after the bio practical i,jun rong and shi jie went to bk to have a delicious(and cheap) meal.. haha saw jialing and evonne then we went there together..... haha saw kw and gang but they come i went off cause hardwokring... got cca... haha i.jun rong,shi jie and jialing also saw peiqi,her sis and mum at bk...haha lots of class meeting in at bk...well... today training was a tough one... sprint many many sets of short sprint of 50m(round 10 sets) haha then everyone's legs turn wobby...and then we had 4x100m with timing and the timing was damn lousy(from 47.1 to 48.8sec)haha from this, i could see that everyone is hardworking...too tired to run...then was released a bit earlier...haha well that what happen today... nothing unusual...well i going to have my dinner le...byE~~pals
